Sai World Travel Pty Ltd Booking Terms and Conditions

Departure Tax:

The Australian departure tax is included in the cost of your ticket.

Airline Bookings:

Sai World Travel quotes are subject to change by airlines without any prior notice and are subject to availability. The fare is not guaranteed until ticketed.

Sai World Travel is not liable for the cancellation of any services or changes in the fares before the final ticketing process or any changes made by the Airlines.

Reporting Time

Economy class reporting time is 3 hours before departure and business class is 2 hours before departure first class is 90 minutes before departure.

Baggage Allowances:

Please check your baggage allowance in your electronic ticket receipt.

Cancellation:

All cancellations are governed by the terms and conditions of the airlines. After receiving confirmation of cancellation from you, any cancellation of any component of your travel flight will incur an admin fee of $200 per person (same for adult and child) plus any cancellation fee that may be imposed by the airlines. Infant ticket in all circumstances is non-refundable.

During Covid 19 – The travel agents are struggling the most due to the COVID19 and we have kept our office open for the facility of our customers, we are regularly in touch with our customers with their requirements in this pandemic. Please note – We might charge even a service fee of $50.00 to process the refunds, it will be on top of the service fees we usually charge for $200.00

Your request for a refund for a booked airfare is governed by the terms and conditions of the airline. Many fares are non-refundable. Please check the same at the time of booking. Airline charges plus supplier charges will apply to your reservation in case of cancellation. Where a refund is applicable, the turnaround time will be considered from the date of your written request for a refund and will take up to 12 weeks for the refund to be received. We will not be liable in case of any delay from the supplier or the airline end. Tickets bought on promotion may be 100% non-changeable and non-refundable.

Important – All the air tickets purchased as apart of special promotions from the airlines are non-refundable and non-flexible

Amendment:

In case you want to make changes to your Ticketed booking, we will make all efforts to help you in doing it however the penalties and terms & conditions of the Airlines will apply. After receiving confirmation of amendment from you, any changes required in any component of your travel flight will incur an admin fee of $100 per person levied by Sai World Travel plus airlines reissue fee plus any fare difference and tax difference payable to the airline. If travel has commenced and the ticket requires reissue, airlines may charge additional fees and taxes, or local office fees. Tickets bought on promotion may be 100% non-changeable and non-refundable. Amendment fees apply to all name changes and sometimes incur cancellation and rebooking fees.

Reconfirmations:

Please check your passport status and visa conditions before you fly to your destination even in course of transit. We do not advise on any sort of visa information about any country.

We recommend that you confirm your flight with the local airline office at least 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to reconfirm may result in the cancellation of some reservations. For special requests (hotel confirmation, meal and seat preference, special assistance, wheelchair request) are subject to airline confirmation and need to reconfirm from the agency at least 72 hours prior to departure.

Travel Insurance:

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to all our customers.

Visas, Passports, and Health Requirements:

Please ensure you have at least 6 months validity on your passport from the date of return and that the first name and surname that you provide for your reservation are exactly the same as they appear on your passport.

Visas, including transit visas, are the passenger’s own responsibility. Please check with the respective Embassy or Consulate of each country that you are scheduled to visit, as many destinations require visas for both Australian and Non-Australian Passport holders. You may also log on to www.visalink.com.au It is your own responsibility to ensure all travelers have valid passports. Any penalties or extra costs incurred if any documents are not accepted by any authorities will be your responsibility.

International travelers booked on flights to the United States, including Hawaii, must pre-register their intent to travel under the US Visa Waiver Program. Applications can be made via the Electronic System for Travel Authorization website, and each passenger must complete this application a minimum of 72 hours prior to their flight departure. Passengers who fail to complete their application may be refused to board their flight by the airline.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation.
